Kenneth A Sassman I’ve had a lot of jerky before. Jerky one of the most favorite things I enjoy. This is the best one I’ve ever had. I’m 62 years old. I’ve had a lot of jerky before and believing this is the best.

Ari Stonehill I like both versions of Big Pauie’s but I do prefer the sweet version. Great flavor and recipe is dialed in quite nicely. Flavor is big and robust as Paul’s beard! Love that it’s a small business and of course made in America.
